Withdrawal Notice
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Kurt Traxl KG, Betriebsstraße 12, 4213 Unterweitersdorf, Austria, email: terminal@north7.ai) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay, and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content (§ 18 (1) no. 11 FAGG / Art. 16 (m) Directive 2011/83/EU): For contracts for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium (in particular Single Calls, credit packs, and PRO subscription services once activated), your right of withdrawal expires if performance has begun with your express prior consent before the end of the withdrawal period and you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. Both confirmations are obtained separately during checkout.
The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers within the meaning of § 1 (1) no. 2 of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG).
Payments are processed through external payment service providers, for example:

Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

These Terms shall be governed exclusively by Austrian substantive law, to the exclusion of its conflict-of-laws provisions and to the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
The place of jurisdiction shall — to the extent permitted by law — be the registered office of Kurt Traxl KG (). Mandatory consumer protection provisions, in particular § 14 KSchG (consumer place of jurisdiction), remain unaffected.
