The current prices are displayed on the website. The price displayed at the time of ordering is decisive.
Withdrawal Notice
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (NORTH7 GmbH, Betriebsstraße 12, 4213 Unterweitersdorf, Austria, e-mail: terminal@north7.ai) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content (§ 18 (1) no. 11 FAGG): For contracts on the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, your right of withdrawal expires if performance has begun with your express consent before the end of the withdrawal period and you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal is available exclusively to consumers within the meaning of § 1 (1) no. 2 of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG).
Payments are processed through external payment service providers, for example:
Payment data processing is handled directly by the respective providers.
Credit packages are one-time purchases and do not expire as long as the user account is active.
Users may request deletion of their account at any time. Unused credits expire upon account deletion.
We strive for the highest possible platform availability.

Austrian substantive law applies exclusively, to the exclusion of its conflict-of-law rules and to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
The place of jurisdiction — to the extent permitted by law — shall be the registered office of NORTH7 GmbH. Mandatory consumer protection provisions, in particular § 14 KSchG (consumer place of jurisdiction), remain unaffected.
